What will you be Streaming on and what if it crashes?

The Streaming site we are using will be announced  but we cannot promise this won't change as technology can be unpredictable. 

Does the event Cost and what is the Location?

On our home page, we have said  the whole meetup is free and doesn't cost to attend. However, packages will be limited to which ones you can get. The Location of this event will be online.

If I want to be a Guest, how do I go about it?

We have currently seeking  Guest Speakers to speak at our meetup. We will have a variety of speakers such as Author, Editor, Episode Reviewer, Episode Reader, and Background Creators. Some new speakers we hope to have are overlay creators, script helpers, video editor and more. If you know someone who you think would be great to speak at our event feel free to contact us through email with the subject [Guest Speaker Interest].

How can I sign up for the event?

To sign up for the event you go to our Home Page (The first page you see) You will see a question under the dates of the event and its location that says "Want To Attend The Meetup?" You click the box under that which says "Attendees Reserve Here". Once you click that box you will be taken to a page that explain our meetup with a little more detail. Click the box that says "Register Now". You will then be taken to a page to confirm you attendance (or not) and you will need to fill out the information there. Once you are done that click the "Confirm Your Attendance". You will see a thank you message and an email will be sent to you confirming your attendance to our Meetup. 

Who will all be at this event?

All speakers that will be presenting at our meet up are all people from the episode community. So Authors, Editors, Background Designers, Episode Readers, Episode Reviewers, and more. Some of our speakers will have specific topics to discuss. Our attendees will be able to interact with them and ask questions. Check out the Our Guest tab for more information to see who will be speaking.

We cannot speak for our guest speakers about this. We were hoping to do something like this last year but we were unable to. We hope to bring something like this to future meetups.

Will one on one experiences be available?

How did this meetup come about?

Like all Meetups it started with an idea. The idea got discussed among a group of individuals in the community. From their the instagram account was created, then our website to here we are today. We hope there are more meetup in real life and with our event in the future and hopefully have some events that chain off of us.

How can I help this Meetup & Can I be apart of the team?

There are different ways you can help. You can share the event on social media, give us ideas , your input and more. If you are really dedicated and want to help make this meetup a successful one feel free to email or send us a private message on instagram. If you are interested in being apart of our team, please email us with the subject [Team Interest] and we will answer you as soon as possible.

How long is the event and What will the Time Zone be?

This will be announced soon along with time zone.

Will information shared from speaker be available to us?

Information given by a guest speak can become available only by the Guest speakers request. For example if a Guest Speaker created a blank organizer that anyone can download, print and use for their own stories. But ultimately in the end it is up to the speaker if they wish to share anything they present.
